Return Process

  Log into your Foxbox account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
